What are your shipping and processing times?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, provided that the payment is cleared. Shipping is on average 8-10 days.
We accept orders from around the world. Delivery time vary depending on where the order is going. Shipping carriers also vary dependent on the destination country. All orders are tracked.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are experiencing delays on our usual shipping times. This is variable dependent on the current restrictions in place in the destination country.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from various logistics centres in the USA and Asia dependent on the products ordered.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received one, please contact us and we’ll get this over to you swiftly.
Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the above described standard shipping times. Most of these delays are due to the international customs processing that we cannot control. If your order takes too long to arrive, please contact us immediately and we will help you to solve this problem.
